Making proper milkshakes with some different flavours to choose from.
Taster Tuesday
Trying some new snacks highlighting the importance of snacks between meals.
Wednesday – Global Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea party with different teas and treats to highlight the importance how social engagement can help boost nutrition and hydration.
Thirsty Thursday
Making nutritional smoothies looking into what ingredients can be used and what these ingredients can help us with.
Fry up Friday with a more nutritional take.
Big Breakfast, the most important meal of the day!
Saturday Market Fruits
Fruit kebabs or fruit cocktail discussing how fruit is purchased and how we keep it fresh.
Sunday Sundae
Creating sundaes for desert with different toppings to explore treats in moderation.
