Dementia Action Week

On May 5th, Ruth, one of our Activities Coordinators, and Dawn, our Home Manager, will be taking part in a sponsored walk for Dementia Action Week.

The walk will begin at Sudbury Rail Station and follow the scenic Sudbury Valley Walk, covering approximately 2.5 miles. Along the way, they will take in beautiful views of the River Stour, the water meadows, and historic landmarks such as Brundon Mills and Borley Hall, before finishing at the picturesque Melford Country Park.

Ruth and Dawn will be accompanied by residents in their chairs, ensuring they, too, can enjoy the stunning surroundings.
