Rebecca Rothwell-Tullis

Deputy Manager

I have worked in care for over 20 years and qualified as a nurse six years ago. During my career, I’ve gained extensive experience supporting adults with a wide range of health needs, helping them with daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Downham Grange is a wonderful place to work because we have a fantastic, highly skilled team who are passionate about providing holistic, person-centred support to every resident. When I’m not at work, I enjoy travelling to different countries and love living in Norfolk, exploring the beautiful countryside.

Siobhan Jib

Hospitality Manager

I have worked in care for over 15 years on the hospitality side of things, which I absolutely love! I like to be hands on helping in all non-clinical departments. In my last role I was involved in commissioning a new home, developing maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping, laundry and activities. I am now looking forward to my role as hospitality manager at Downham Grange and all the role brings. I am passionate about care and enjoy chatting with the residents ensuring they have everything they need and finding out if there is anything else we can do to support them. I live in a very small village in Lincolnshire with my husband and two dogs which I rescued from Romania about a year ago. They love walks and going to the dog park, they also love the beach. I spend my spare time renovating my house, and with my children and grandchildren.

Karen Hunt

Home Administrator

I’ve got a background in Business Administration and have spent the last 10 years working in a care environment, supporting people and making a difference day to day. Before that, I was a pre-school manager for 20 years, which I absolutely loved. Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and proudly support Sheffield United. I also enjoy getting out for walks and spending time in nature, and I’m a member of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.

Sue James

Receptionist

I have worked at Downham Grange for 4 months now as a receptionist / home administrator and am enjoying getting to know the residents, their families and all the staff. Before working at Kingsley, I had taken time off to help my dad look after my mum who is now in a care home after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. When not at work I enjoy going out with friends, music and live concerts. Also, when it’s not raining, I like to go out for a ride on my motorcycle.

Amy Belfield

Lead Activities Coordinator

After doing my A-Levels in Health and Social care, I went straight into working as a care assistant and did this for 7 years before I decided for a slight change and became an activities coordinator. I absolutely love my job and anyone who asks me will always be told 'I have the best job in the world', and I truly believe that to be true. I believe in a holistic approach when it comes to care and activities, and always do my best to fulfill this with things such as Namaste sessions, art relaxation sessions, walks in the garden and aromatherapy sessions.

Lynn Leverette Hubbard

Head Chef

My name is Lynn and I am the Head Chef at Downham Grange. I am very much a homely cook, I like making things such as steak and ale pies, toad in the hole, and I love making homely desserts like treacle pudding. I always go around at lunchtime to check on how the food is being received and love hearing the residents comments. Making their mealtimes great makes my day and is very important to me. We are all a big family here at Downham Grange and I really love working here. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my 2 year old Shih Tzu Dog called Bear

Wendy Mott

Regional Service Quality Manager

I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.

Marcia Hughes

Regional Community Engagement (East)

I have been with the company for 10 years now with my roles changing over the years but my passion has always been in Community Engagement. This is an area that I have always been extremely dedicated to building and fostering Community relations within the care home. I really enjoy spending time in my garden and like nothing better than relaxing with my family and large breed Newfoundland Dog Shadow and a very fluffy cat called Ozzie. I am interested in Alternative Therapies such as Crystal Healing, enjoy Tai chi and love reading especially anything by Paulo Coelho. I feel very proud to be part of a company which i believe in, setting the barre for good quality person centered care.

"My mum has recently become a resident. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Knowing that around the clock care is available for now is so reassuring for the family. Management and staff are always happy to have a chat about any issues, worries or ..."
