My approach combines attentive management with a personal touch, my aim is to create a home that truly feels like family. I am passionate about maintaining high standards of care, promoting dignity and independence, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community. My leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, empowering the team to deliver exceptional care while continuously improving the quality of life for those we support. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and listening to music.

Rebecca Rothwell-Tullis

Deputy Manager

I have worked in care for over 20 years and qualified as a nurse six years ago. During my career, I’ve gained extensive experience supporting adults with a wide range of health needs, helping them with daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Downham Grange is a wonderful place to work because we have a fantastic, highly skilled team who are passionate about providing holistic, person-centred support to every resident. When I’m not at work, I enjoy travelling to different countries and love living in Norfolk, exploring the beautiful countryside.

Siobhan Jib

Hospitality Manager

I have worked in care for over 15 years on the hospitality side of things, which I absolutely love! I like to be hands on helping in all non-clinical departments. In my last role I was involved in commissioning a new home, developing maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping, laundry and activities. I am now looking forward to my role as hospitality manager at Downham Grange and all the role brings. I am passionate about care and enjoy chatting with the residents ensuring they have everything they need and finding out if there is anything else we can do to support them. I live in a very small village in Lincolnshire with my husband and two dogs which I rescued from Romania about a year ago. They love walks and going to the dog park, they also love the beach. I spend my spare time renovating my house, and with my children and grandchildren.

Sue James

Receptionist

I have worked at Downham Grange for 4 months now as a receptionist / home administrator and am enjoying getting to know the residents, their families and all the staff. Before working at Kingsley, I had taken time off to help my dad look after my mum who is now in a care home after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. When not at work I enjoy going out with friends, music and live concerts. Also, when it’s not raining, I like to go out for a ride on my motorcycle.

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I’ve worked here since 2019, initially as a support worker but shortly after I transferred to the activities team. It’s important to understand the residents needs and be person centred with activities. I love the residents at Downham Grange, talking with them and hearing their stories. When not at work, I have an arts & crafts shed so spend a lot of time in there getting things ready for Christmas. I also enjoy baking fruitcakes and time in my garden.

David Crooke

Head Chef

I have been in catering for the last 39 years. For the first 27 years from the age of 16 I was in the military working all over the world and in all conflict zones since 1987. My final job in the military was looking after the Household Cavalry and the Royal Family In Central London. Since leaving the military i have worked as everything from Head Chef - Program Manager for an International Company. I have 3 children 1 Stepson and 2 Grandchildren. I enjoy all forms of sport and a keen fisherman. I also love to garden. I volunteer at a petting farm that deals with Sen Children in my spare time as the handyman and show round guy.

Nigel Reeve

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 27 years, beginning my journey as a health care assistant. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both the private and public sector. During my career, I have been a Registered Manager for over 15 years and worked in Senior Management roles. Delivering exemplary care and customer service is truly my passion and nothing drives me more than ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care. Kingsley has strong family values aligned to my own, ensuring we treat our residents and colleagues like members of our own family. Growing up in Norfolk I am very familiar with the local area and outside of work I enjoying exploring the country side with my dog.

Wendy Mott

Regional Service Quality Manager

I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
