Meet the team

Eversley Lodge is lucky to have so many talented and professional staff who are devoted to the care of our residents. Here are just a few who work with us:

Danielle Bullent

Home Manager

I have worked in adult social care for 21 years, and have a real passion for delivering person centred care, that is meaningful and enhances peoples lives. I think it's important to empower and support staff to their full potential and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. I am excited to be here at Eversley Lodge, it is like home already, with a positive, happy culture within the team. We are so lukcy to have the seaside and waterways so close, and have local community links with the neighbouring school.

Demi Codling

I have worked in health and social care settings for 8 years, qualifying as an Registered Nurse in 2021. I have a passion for delivering person centred care with a particular interest in palliative care. I am excited to be part of the Eversley and Kingsley family with the aim to create a positive, happy and family working environment. I have lived in Great Yarmouth all of my life, outside of work you can find me walking my dog on the beach! We are extremely lucky to be close by the seaside, I look forward to caring for the local community.

Jessica Brett

My background is in Leisure, Hospitality and Administration but I have always had a desire to work in the Health & Social Care industry. I hope that my warm and caring nature will be an asset to the Eversley Team. The atmosphere at Eversley Lodge feels just like a family and I am proud to be part of a brand new team delivering a first class experience for our residents. Great Yarmouth is a beautiful seaside town and I am honoured to have lived here for almost 5 years. I enjoy paddleboarding, taking walks on the beach and spending time with my family.

Amy Plummer

Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator

This is a new venture for me, something out of my comfort zone but i am really really loving being here at Eversley Lodge Nursing Home. Being able to support and provide meaningful activities to our Residents means a lot to me, and seeing everyone so happy, living a fulfilled life is everything. We regulalrly support Residents to venture out, even just a local walk along the Venetian Waterways, or popping to the local shops. Outside of Eversly Lodge, i love to spend time with my Husband, and our two Children. I have three cats and love the Spring months, seeing the flowers in bloom makes me smile.

Samantha Gore

Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator

I am from Ipswich and moved to Great Yarmouth in June of 2025 to be closer to family. Before going into the care sector, I was a Zookeeper for 18 years at Colchester Zoo and looked after a variety of animals from sheep to chimpanzees and I thoroughly enjoyed it. After our move to the area I became a Housekeeper at two other care homes and during my time there I always watched the Activities Coordinators and saw the opportunity for Eversley Lodge and thought I would give it a try and I am so glad I did. The work is do with the residents is extremely rewarding. Eversley Lodge is like one big family and since being here I have felt supported and welcomed. I have a husband, two children and 1 cat called Pepper. We enjoy spending time together as a family and especially going on the beach.

Kane Adams

Head Chef

I have worked in the Catering industry for 20 years and have a real passion for delivering high quality standards of diet and nutrition, especially to those we care for here at Eversley Lodge. I firmly believe it is important to ensure Residents feel included in meal ideas and menu planning, as well as scouring local, good quality produce. My specialities are homemade doughnuts (which everybody loves) and of course the traditional Sunday Roast. Eversley Lodge feels like a homely warm place, where everyone is kind and caring. We are located on the seafront which is ideal for little trips out. I have three Daughters who keep me on my toes, and love to spend time with them when i am not at work as well as my Partner and our dog Obie.

I have always taken pride in cleanliness and have very high standards with a keen interest in infection control. The atmosphere at Eversley Lodge feels just like a family and I am proud to be part of a team delivering a first class experience for our residents. I have four children (3 boys and a girl), three grandchildren (2 girls and a boy) and a cat called Dorothy and they are my world.

Shane Collier

Operations Manager

My career began as a Care Assistant and evolved through positions including Home Cook, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. This journey has equipped me with a 360-degree insight into care home operations and the needs of both residents and staff. A significant part of my professional focus has been on supporting and transforming services that require strong leadership, dedication, and a clear improvement strategy. I have successfully turned around homes needing guidance and have also played a central role in commissioning new services. These combined experiences led me to my current role as Operations Manager at Kingsley Healthcare. Since joining the organisation, I have received unwavering support, guidance, and reassurance. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of three children who keep me active and grounded. Family is incredibly important to me, and we enjoy spending quality time together -especially swimming, with rock climbing a close second on our list of favourite activities.

Wendy Mott

Regional Service Quality Manager

I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
