Meet the team
Olney Meadows is lucky to have so many talented and professional staff who are devoted to the care of our residents. Here are just a few who work with us:
-
Christiana Ajao
Home Manager
I have worked in the care industry since 1989 and was previously at Brackley Care Home since its inception in November 2020. I am passionate about delivering person-centred care and strive to facilitate good communication and decision making between the people we support, their families and the care team. I enjoy spending time at home with my family and in quiet times like to read a good book as well as meeting up regularly with members from my church group.
-
Chloe Branton

I started my career in the care industry in 2024 with having a work history in customer service. What I like most about Kingsley is how they care for their residents, showing true passion and empathy. Outside of work I enjoy reading and I am currently studying literature.

Christine Farrell
Clinical Lead
I qualified as a Nurse in 2005 after being a care assistant since the early 1980s, after qualifying I have worked many years within the NHS, nursing homes and a hospice with different roles such as Nurse, Sister, Head of Care and Registered Manager. I joined Kingsley at an exciting time as Olney Meadows has opened its doors to those residents requiring long-term care or respite care. I, along with the team, expect to deliver high standards of care for your loved ones and welcome them and their families into our Kingsley family. I am committed to supporting all our Team members to achieve their full potential as we adopt a whole team approach. I will always carry out my role in collaboration with our residents, their families and our team members to ensure our residents live enriched lives in a safe and happy environment. I like to think I bring a well structured and happy demeanour to the home so that families, residents and staff can bring any concerns they may have to me, as I will always act upon it and give the required feedback. In my downtime I love to spend time with my family, taking my beautiful dog for long walks, and reading.

Caryn Cooper
Family Liaison officer
I have worked in the Healthcare arena for a long number of years. By profession, I am a marketer, and have served in senior management positions in a variety of blue-chip as well as healthcare organisations, leading from within, working with sensational teams to collectively achieve the very, very best. Personally, I regard my forte as being supporting and working with people; be it in a team environment or via cross-business functions; but in particular, I enjoy extending and reaching out to third parties, with a true passion for enhancing relationships and building partnerships, the combination of which culminates in mutual benefit all round. Community and communication, to me, are key. I am always here to support you and your loved ones, and I very much look forward to welcoming you into the Kingsley Healthcare Family.
