My career began as a Care Assistant and evolved through positions including Home Cook, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. This journey has equipped me with a 360-degree insight into care home operations and the needs of both residents and staff. A significant part of my professional focus has been on supporting and transforming services that require strong leadership, dedication, and a clear improvement strategy. I have successfully turned around homes needing guidance and have also played a central role in commissioning new services. These combined experiences led me to my current role as Operations Manager at Kingsley Healthcare. Since joining the organisation, I have received unwavering support, guidance, and reassurance. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of three children who keep me active and grounded. Family is incredibly important to me, and we enjoy spending quality time together -especially swimming, with rock climbing a close second on our list of favourite activities.

I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
