Minnie Klepacz BEM
Home Manager
I am a motivated, committed, and adaptable nurse and leader with over two years’ experience in the private healthcare sector and more than 20 years of NHS nursing experience. My nursing values are rooted in compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect. I am committed to delivering safe, person-centred care and to treating residents , families, and colleagues with empathy and professionalism. I value teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning, and I strive to support and empower others while maintaining the highest standards of care . I was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours in recognition of my service to nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic. From the very first moment I walked through the doors of Sycamore Heights Care Home and began my journey as part of the team, I felt a warmth that is difficult to put into words. There was an immediate sense of belonging, as if I had been welcomed into a family rather than just starting a new role. The staff are extraordinary — kind beyond measure, endlessly supportive, and full of genuine compassion. From day one, they made me feel accepted, encouraged, and never alone. Every smile, every gentle word, and every act of care comes straight from the heart. You can feel the love, respect, and dignity in everything they do, not only for the residents but for one another as well. Sycamore Heights Care Home is a place where kindness is lived, not just spoken about. Being part of this team is more than a job — it is an honour and a privilege.

Heather Donnell
Clinical Support Manager - Midlands
I am the Clinical Support Manager for the Midlands, based at Sycamore Heights. My career in social care began at the age of 16 when I started working as a healthcare assistant in a residential home in Bedford. After over five years in that position, I transitioned to a rehabilitation unit, furthering my commitment to providing quality care. Driven to expand my skills, I trained as a nurse and gained valuable experience at Bedford Hospital during a 9-month tenure. My journey with Kingsley Healthcare began at The Willows Nursing Home, where I served as Deputy Manager. After gaining additional experience in social care, I was eager to rejoin the Kingsley Healthcare family. Recently, I have been based at Brackley Care Home, another of Kingsley Healthcare’s luxury homes. Now, I am excited to be back at Sycamore Heights, where I previously served as Deputy Manager when it was known as The Willows. I was thrilled when the opportunity arose to return and lead the team here. I am passionate about ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and take pride in leading a dedicated team committed to this goal. Outside of work, I enjoy attending concerts and festivals. I also cherish my time spent socialising within my local community and being an active part of village life.

I enjoy being within a customer facing role and supporting residents on their journeys into the company. I really like the high standards of the homes and the attention to smaller details that Kingsley Healthcare ensure in delivering quality care. In my spare time I enjoy cooking and eating out, watching movies, spending time with family and horse-riding.

My work history has been quite varied. It was in care that I found a real purpose in life and absolutely love giving back and helping others through their lives. The last two years of my time at my previous job (in care) were spent as an administrator of which I had enjoyed immensely and that is how I came to joining the Kingsley family and look forward to my continued commitment and passion with in the care sector as Sycamore Heights administrator. Compliance and Service Quality Director
Before coming to Kingsley I was an inspector at the Care Quality Commission and, prior to that, my background as a manager and nurse included considerable experience in service development and quality delivery in the NHS. I admire Kingsley’s very person-centred approach to care and it is a pleasure for me to work with our dedicated home teams to achieve a Good CQC rating, at a minimum, in every one of our services.
