Matt Folley
Customer Relations Manager
I’ve worked in the care sector for over 20 years before joining Weymouth Manor Care Home. I’m deeply passionate about creating a care home environment that feels truly friendly, welcoming, and homely — a place with a strong sense of community where residents and their loved ones can continue making special memories together. Weymouth Manor is a wonderful home that offers so much to both residents and staff. It’s bright, open, and beautifully decorated to a very high standard, yet still retains that warm, homely feel that makes it such a special place to be. I’m fortunate to call Weymouth my home. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, running, and playing golf. As a proud father of two young children, I love spending time outdoors and making the most of everything our beautiful surroundings have to offer.
Lean Roberts
Administrator
I have built my career working in a variety of administrative roles, gaining a broad range of skills and experience in organisation, communication, and supporting teams to run efficiently. At Weymouth Manor, I particularly enjoy the homely and friendly atmosphere it's a place where residents, families, and staff are all made to feel genuinely welcome. Being part of a dedicated team that strives to provide the highest standard of care is something I take great pride in. In my role, I enjoy helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home and supporting both staff and residents wherever I can. Outside of work, I enjoy spending precious time with my family, making the most of those moments together.

Maintenance
I joined the team six months ago and have quickly come to appreciate the welcoming and supportive environment within the home. I have worked in maintenance roles for the past 10 years and enjoy using my skills to support both the staff and residents. It’s rewarding to play a part in ensuring everything runs smoothly and comfortably for everyone. Weymouth Manor is a very warm and friendly place, with a team that is truly dedicated to providing the highest level of care for our residents. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time improving my home, as well as being with my family and travelling whenever I can.
Tracey Millar
Operations manager
My entry into the care sector was in 2008 when I joined Highcliffe Nursing Home as administrator. I have since progressed to deputy manager, home manager and operations manager, becoming regional operations manager last year. I love the fact that the staff at our Dorset homes are all team players and support each other. It's important to me that Kingsley is a family business and the family ethos is present in everything we do. Outside of work I enjoy gardening and walking my dogs.
