A Wonderful Open Afternoon to Celebrate Our Refurbished Woodlands Lodge

What a fabulous Open Afternoon we had on Wednesday 25th March to celebrate the completion of the major refurbishment that has been taking place throughout the home over the last few months.

Kingsley Healthcare have made significant investment at Woodlands Lodge since the acquisition in September 2025 to bring the environment up to the Kingsley standard.

During the afternoon we were joined by Mayor of Sefton, Cllr June Burns, who was delighted to look around the home to see the improvements that have been made. The Mayor cut the ribbon to officially recognise Woodlands Lodge as a Kingsley Healthcare Home.

Earlier in the day the home welcomed Daya and Sumi Thayan who visited to see for themselves the improvements that have been made.

The home was delighted that so many residents, relatives and friends joined our celebrations and the wonderful buffet which was prepared by our amazing Chef, Sarah.
