Blooming success for Brackley residents

In honour of the Chelsea Flower Show we invited the lovely Jayne Phillips in to give our residents and friends a chance to utilise their own skills and imagination and make their own floral masterpieces. They were all given a piece of wood with oasis attached and with Jayne's support they used both fresh and artificial flowers to interpret their vision.

Our very talented resident Jean used to be a floral art demonstrator and even though her sight is not what it was, it didn't take her fingers long to produce a beautiful arrangement. Pip used to arrange flowers for families and friends and she said that the perfume of so many flowers around her brought back many very special memories. Thank you Jayne. We are so looking forward to doing more flower arranging with you next month.
