Brackley residents enjoy hedgehog encounter

HH 1

Volunteers from Brackley Hogwatch came to Brackley Care Home to tell us all about the valuable and fascinating work they do investigating and highlighting the increased levels of juvenile sickness and mortality, in the context of the nationwide decline in the hedgehog population in the UK.

They examine, treat and monitor our hedgehog population and try to spread the word about the crisis that our hedgehogs are facing. This was an extremely interesting talk and being able to meet some hedgehogs was the highlight for our residents.
