Celebrating VE Day at Kirkley!

What an absolutely fabulous day we've had celebrating VE days 80th anniversary. We've sung, we've danced and we've laughed. The kitchen presented us with a delicious taste of the 40's serving up spam fritters, meatloaf and bread pudding for our indoor street party lunch and Ken Dalton got the day off to a great start with some fantastic entertainment. Its safe to say we'll all sleep well tonight.
