Employee of the Month

This month, we have an exciting outcome for our Employee of the Month award – a tie! Congratulations to both Nicola, our Head Housekeeper, and Carla, our new Deputy Manager, who received an equal number of votes.

Carla has thrived in her new role as Deputy Manager, seamlessly fitting into life at Four Oaks. She has already made a fantastic impression, receiving glowing feedback from staff, residents, and family members alike.

Nicola is a true team player, always going above and beyond in her role and supporting every department whenever needed. This month, she has been recognized for achieving an excellent infection control score—an accomplishment that wouldn’t have been possible without her dedication and the hard work of the domestic team.
