International Carrot cake Day

Today is international Carrot Day. Residents enjoyed joining in with helping baking a delicious Carrot Cake and showing off their baking skills. Doreen, Pauline, Linda and Rosemary all enjoyed taking it in turns and making this cake for us to enjoy later today with a cuppa.

They all read out the instructions to make sure that they were following them correctly. Once they had finished making the carrot cake it was put into the oven and residents enjoyed a slice of it with a cuppa this afternoon, they all said it was lovely and that we can make it again.
