Kingsley appoints data analysts to drive business forward

Kingsley Healthcare has appointed two data analysts at its head office in Lowestoft, Suffolk, to facilitate the company’s drive for innovation and efficiency. Jay Lambert, 24, pictured left, is a maths graduate from the University of Kent and previously worked for a company involved in the offshore oil and gas sector. Daniel Wellings, 22, has joined Kingsley after graduating in economics at Lincoln University.
They both agreed it was an exciting time to be joining Kingsley with the company firmly on course towards its 2025 vision of doubling in size. Kingsley’s IT and marketing director, Wasantha Darshana, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jay and Daniel. Their appointment represents an important landmark in the Kingsley journey as we look to lead developments at the vanguard of the care sector.
“They will be analysing data across every part of the business, from IT, marketing, HR and accounts to home level operations. “Their aim will be to find innovative solutions to improving our operations, with the ultimate aim of improving the service to our residents and their families, by re-engineering and refining all our business processes.” Chief financial officer Ian Jarvis said: “Our data analysts will play a vital role in reviewing all costs at home and group level and helping us identify efficiencies.
CEO Daya Thayan said: “At Kingsley we are proud to give a platform to bright young graduates to develop their skills in a commercial setting.”
