Kingsley delighted to welcome Andrew and Will as head office interns
Kingsley Healthcare is delighted to welcome Andrew Kirtsides, 21, and Will Adams, 18, who have joined its head office team in Lowestoft on internships.
Andrew will spend 10 months at Kingsley as part of his four year business management and entrepreneurship degree at Royal Holloway University in London.
His focus will be on operational management, investment appraisal and new developments; he will also be learning the soft skills we use to motivate and retain our best staff.
He said: “I am looking forward to seeing how business functions in practice to yield excellent results. I am also keen to learn how the family ethos works as part of the DNA of Kingsley.”
Will, who has just successfully finished his A levels, plans to study architecture at university following his gap year.
His focus will be on design and architecture and he will be working closely with our design and operations teams involved in planning new-build development.
Both Andrew and Will have also been set the goal of exploring ESG initiatives and energy efficiency which are the current focus of our business.
