Kingsley Healthcare Acquires Woodlands Lodge as Part of Strategic Expansion in the North West of England

Kingsley Healthcare is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Woodlands Lodge, a newly built, purpose-designed 40-bed luxury care home, which officially joins the Kingsley Healthcare family today.

This acquisition marks another important milestone in our continued growth and investment in the North West of England, further strengthening our presence in the region and our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As a nationally recognised care provider operating 42 homes across the UK, Kingsley Healthcare is proud to be the only large social care group accredited as a B Corp, meeting rigorous international standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. The acquisition of Woodlands Lodge reflects our long-term vision to be a force for good – both within the care sector and society at large.

We warmly welcome the residents, families, and the dedicated staff team of Woodlands Lodge into the Kingsley community. They now join more than 3,000 Kingsley colleagues who are united by their passion for delivering excellence in care.
