Kingsley Healthcare Celebrates Decade of Success in carehome.co.uk Awards

Kingsley Healthcare Group is proud to announce that it has been recognised for the tenth consecutive year in the prestigious carehome.co.uk Top 20 Awards, reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s highest-rated Large Care Home Group.

For an unbroken decade, Kingsley Healthcare has been named a National Top 20 Large Care Home Group, a distinction awarded based entirely on independent reviews from residents and their families on carehome.co.uk, widely regarded as the care sector’s equivalent of TripAdvisor.

In addition to the national recognition, four individual Kingsley homes have received regional Top 20 awards, each achieving a perfect rating of 10 from accumulated reviews:

• The Depperhaugh Nursing Home, near Eye, Suffolk - Top 20 Care Home in the East of England

• Branksome Heights Nursing Home, Bournemouth - Top 20 Care Home in South West England

• Olney Meadows Nursing Home, Olney, Buckinghamshire - Top 20 Care Home in South East England

• Park Lane Care Home, Congleton, Cheshire - Top 20 Care Home in North West England

Across the group, Kingsley Healthcare achieved an outstanding average review score of 9.8, making it the second highest-rated large care home group in the national Top 20 list. Demonstrating the consistently high standards delivered across its homes, 11 Kingsley care homes achieved an exceptional score of 9.9.

Ewan Thayan, Executive Director of Kingsley Healthcare, said: "We are delighted with these awards, which reflect the passion, dedication and professionalism of our care home teams. I would also like to thank our residents and their families for taking the time to share such positive feedback. We are proud to be a family-run organisation with strong family values, and it is a testament to those values that we have maintained such consistently high standards for a decade."

Debbie McGovern, Co-Chief Operating Officer, added: "This success is the result of the unwavering efforts of all our teams to continually improve the service we deliver - from outstanding care to exceptional hospitality."

Lisa Lock, Chief People Officer, highlighted the role of staff development in the group’s success: "Our sector-leading Kingsley Training Academy plays a vital role in our success, helping us attract, develop and retain high-calibre colleagues who make a real difference in our homes every day."

Kingsley Healthcare continues to lead the sector through its commitment to quality care, staff wellbeing and community values. As a family-owned organisation, Kingsley now employs more than 3,500 staff and supports over 2,000 residents across 43 care homes nationwide.
