We are delighted to announce that Kingsley Healthcare has been rated among the top 10 best social care companies to work for in the UK.*
Employee review platform Breakroom surveyed its membership of nearly 450,000 shift workers to find the best and worst employers in the country. The survey ranks Kingsley in the top 10 of good employers out of more than 100 social care companies.
Kingsley employees highlighted the company's commitment to the Real Living Wage and appreciation of their service as key factors in improving job satisfaction. They also welcomed the fact they had paid breaks, flexible shifts and convenient holiday bookings.
