Kingsley’s ROaR-some staff benefits scheme is already attracting great response!

Almost half of our 2,000 staff have already signed up to ROaR, Kingsley Healthcare’s very own recognition, opportunity and rewards platform.

Group Head of People Lisa Lock said: “When I carried out a staff survey at the end of last year, I looked through more than 600 responses and it became clear to me that our colleagues wanted better communication and more recognition, as well as advice and support on wellbeing.

“ROaR, which has been tailored specially for Kingsley by the national company Reward Gateway, provides for all that, as well as making available some great discounts that you can use in conjunction with your Blue Light Card.”

Our ROaR blog will be a communication tool enabling important information to be shared among all our colleagues; we will also be posting about the exciting things going on in our homes as a way of bringing our teams together, whether they are based in Dorset, East Anglia or the North-West.

ROaR will also be our platform to highlight achievements and say thank you to staff, incorporating our Employee of the month scheme and introducing a new Manager of the month accolade.
ROaR’s Wellbeing Centre provides you with a wealth of invaluable information, ranging from expert fitness tips and mental health support to financial wellbeing guidance and thousands of Hello Fresh recipes to cook quick, nutritious meals.

Staff will also be able to benefit from valuable discounts at more than 700 high street shops, including the big four supermarkets as well as Marks and Spencer.

Ms Lock said: “I am so excited the platform is now live and we urge all our staff to log on to it as soon as possible and have a good look at everything it offers. It’s really easy to get on with but there is a support section available if you are unsure about anything.”
