Macmillan Coffee Morning
Woodlands Lodge Care Home held a Macmillan Charity Coffee Morning on Monday 21st September!
Everyone had a fabulous morning, with residents, staff, friends and the wider Formby Community coming together to show their support. There was lots of laughter, lovely conversation, delicious cakes and lots of community spirit.
A huge thank you to Sarah, the home’s wonderful chef, and all the kitchen team for all their hard work, including baking a beautiful chocolate cake – our top raffle prize as well as providing lots of amazing, sweet treats for selling.
The home raised an amazing £431.00, which is absolutely incredible and far more than anyone expected.
A huge thank you from Woodlands Lodge to everyone who donated, baked, bought cakes, entered the raffle or simply came along for a cuppa – everyone helped make the morning so special and your support made a big difference.
