Making some Hedgehog Bread Rolls

We had an awesome afternoon making some tasty bread rolls. First we made the dough then Gerry, Doreen, Linda, Rosemary and Audrey gave it their best, each taking turns to knead the bread. Linda and Audrey said this brought back many memories for them. We then checked on the dough after an hour and a half and it had doubled in size.....ready to make the rolls!! We decided to make some of the rolls into cute little hedgehogs and Perry came up with a genius plan of using currants for the eyes and noses. The rolls looked adorable, then it was off to the kitchen. The smell of freshly baked bread wafted around the home, nothing quite like it. To say they were a hit was an understatement.
