Move & Groove and Arts & Crafts

We had a fantastic move and groove session dancing to Rock 'n' Roll music.

Dancing is a fantastic exercise, it also takes you back to those good old dance hall days.

For our Arts & Crafts session we used pipe cleaners to make Christmas decorations. Carol really enjoyed making her decoration
