Museum trip brings back special memories for Dennis

IMG 20240521 WA0011

Dennis was absolutely in his element as we strolled through the pharmacy section at Bridewell Museum.

With 31 years as a pharmacist and his qualification back in 1953, Dennis's journey is nothing short of remarkable. From managing a pharmacy in Stamford to serving the community in Norwich for a decade, his dedication knew no bounds.

Then came the highlight of his career: owning his own pharmacy in Old Catton for 21 years alongside his beloved wife Rita.
Dennis's talent extended beyond dispensing prescriptions; he crafted his own medicines and creams.

During our visit, Dennis, with a gentle nudge from his son, shared captivating stories of his interactions with the local community. They would seek him out for his wealth of knowledge, and Dennis, ever the compassionate soul, would lend a listening ear and a helping hand.

In every anecdote, in every memory, Dennis's passion for his profession shines through, leaving an indelible mark on all who are fortunate enough to hear his tales.
