Playgroup visit delights Brackley residents

Our Little & Wise Playgroup session at Brackley Care Home was a wonderful success for old and young alike.

This heartwarming initiative brings different generations together through play, conversation and shared moments — and it’s quickly becoming a highlight for everyone involved.

Grandparents, parents, caregivers and older adults soon find themselves chatting naturally, while the children are always drawn to our residents. One mum shared that her children don't often see their own grandparents due to distance, and she loves that they can connect with older people here — discovering just how fun and loving they can be.

As for our residents, their smiles say it all.

The children enjoyed a fantastic selection of toys, activities and books — and even Beatrice the big bear was treated to her very own storytime!
