Redwalls Nursing Home voted a clear winner in Kingsley Christmas Cake Competition

Thanks to all our homes for their amazing entries in our Kingsley Christmas Cake Competition.
 
The thought that has gone into the cakes and the level of skill are truly impressive.
 
However, our Facebook audience decided there could only be one winner – congratulations to Redwalls Nursing Home which received more than three times the Facebook likes of any other entry!  
 
Our home in Sandiway, Cheshire, has won for the second year running and receives a £150 prize for their residents’ activities fund.
 
In clear second place was The Depperhaugh Nursing Home, in Eye, Suffolk, which wins £100.
 
In join third place were Downham Grange, in Downham Market, Norfolk and The Willows, in Bedford. They both receive £50.
 
Kingsley co-founder Sumi Thayan, who shortlisted the cakes for final judging by our Facebook audience, said: “It makes me so proud of our homes that the standard this year was incredible. Well done to everyone.”
