Embracing Wellness with Seated Yoga Sessions

Keeping active is an important endeavour as we get older - going for short regular walks in our beautiful home gardens is one way to do it.

Another is with our weekly Seated Yoga classes - combining light stretching with relaxation techniques.

It’s the perfect way for our residents to keep their limbs supple and themselves fit too!
