Support worker Nicola Martin honoured for 10 years service

Presenting her with a range of gifts, including flowers, and a 10 years’ service badge, manager Wendy Jack said: “Nicola has been an outstanding member of my team from the start and that was recognised at the Kingsley Healthcare Awards two years ago when she won the specialist services category. “

She can always be relied on to go the extra mile and her dedication is an inspiration to other staff. I’m lucky to have her as part of a great team who have helped Decoy Farm consistently maintain a good Care Quality Commission report.” Miss Martin said she had many fond memories of her 10 years; particular highlights were going on holiday with residents to such places as Center Parcs.
