Taco Monday Fun – Cinco de Mayo Style!

Yesterday we had a delicious and festive afternoon celebrating Cinco de Mayo!

Our residents really enjoyed learning about Mexican culture in a fun and tasty way.

Everyone had the chance to build their own tacos with ingredients they picked themselves.

We also watched some short clips of mariachi bands and traditional Mexican dances in colourful outfits.

Along the way, we picked up some fun facts about Mexico and the meaning behind Cinco de Mayo.

A lovely afternoon full of flavour, music, and culture!
