The best compliments we have ever received during pandemic

Dear Anna and all the staff at Downham Grange,

On behalf of the whole family we would like to thank all the staff at The Grange for taking such good care of our mother, Dawn Everett, over the past few weeks. We have seen that the dedication of your staff has paid off in the improvement which we have seen in our mum.

This has not been an easy time for any of us, with the COVID19 situation making visits much more difficult. However, your staff have always made time to answer our questions and have kept us fully informed at all times.

Staff have also gone out of their way to check in on mum and respond to our concerns, even arranging an additional visit to help her to settle. We are sure that, once Mum has recovered from the delirium, Mum will want to come and see the staff to thank them in person. We have left a card and a small token of our appreciation at reception.
