Trees keep Joyce's memory alive

JP 5

In the first half of 2021, a beautiful lady by the name of Joyce Josephine moved into Brackley Care Home. She brought with her love, kindness, calmness and a smile that would always light up a room. Plus she had a wonderful sense of humour and she was very much loved by all us - staff and residents.

The circle of life is always inevitable and very sadly Joyce has left us but her very special family have left us with something so special which will keep Joyce's beautiful memory alive. They have given us two pear trees, one of which is aptly name "Josephine de Malines" which we have planted in a lovely sunny part of our garden and on Saturday they brought a gorgeous biscoffe biscuit cheesecake for us all to enjoy and laid the plaque, in her memory, next to these special pear trees.

Thank you Zarah, Myke and family for entrusting us with the care of your beautiful mum. MHDSRIP.
