When Kingsley Healthcare acquired former Friars Hall Nursing Home in 2017 there was a lot of work to do
to restore the trust of local people who had seen the previous service closed down after a shocking Care Quality Commission (CQC) report.   However, following a complete refurbishment, restoring the country property to its former glory, the new team at the rebranded Hadleigh Nursing Home has led a remarkable turnaround of fortunes.

Two years on, the home is rated good in every category by the CQC and experienced manager Tracey Burt is proud of her dedicated team. She said: “We are passionate about following Kingsley’s unique brand of person-centred care which becomes second nature to our staff through our WINGS programme. “The letters stand for Welcoming, Individuality, Nurturing, Guidance and Sensitivity and we ensure they really mean something.

“Here at Hadleigh Nursing Home we are welcoming and we treat each person as an individual with nurturing,  guidance and sensitivity - every individual’s needs are seen holistically, not just our residents but our staff too.”
