WINGS success for staff at Lilac Lodge

We are immensely proud of our new WINGS graduates at Lilac Lodge care home, in Lowestoft. Emma Hammond, who instructs staff in our WINGS person centred care programme, said: "While I have been at Lilac Cottage I have been blown away. "I have witnessed some amazing person centred care over the past weeks.

So far, seven support workers have been given a certificate and a bronze WINGS lapel. "It was a moving moment, I am so proud of the home who have embraced WINGS in everything they do."
