Shaping Suffolk’s Future Workforce. Kingsley Healthcare, one of East Anglia’s largest employers, proudly presents the Kingsley Futures Programme 2026. This fully funded, one-day employability programme is designed to prepare students for life beyond A-Levels.

Hosted at our Head Office in Lowestoft, this in-person experience ensures every student leaves feeling confident, prepared, and ready for the next stage of their journey.

Each participant receives a Certificate of Completion and a gift voucher. The top two students will also be considered for a two-week work experience placement.

Limited to 15 students per day, the programme is delivered in close partnership with schools and colleges to complement existing careers initiatives.
