Kingsley staff combine with Sparrows Nest Bowls Club for successful charity fundraiser

A big thank-you to Sparrows Nest Bowls Club in #Lowestoft for organising an enjoyable charity match on Saturday for the Kingsley Trophy.

Kingsley staff, including a contingent from our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka,  were paired with club players to create teams.

We raised £120 through donations for Pathways Care Farm in Lowestoft, taking the club’s total for their adopted charity for the year to £300.

Congratulations to Dan Wellings and Nethmi Perera from Kingsley and Pat Orsino and Julie Torkington from Sparrows Nest whose team remained undefeated and won the trophy.

Kingsley spokesman Stephen Pullinger said: “We are delighted to sponsor the Sparrows Nest club and look forward to a continued relationship with them. Saturday’s event was enjoyed by everyone and we look forward to repeating it!”
