I have worked in the care sector for over 18 years in a variety of settings. I am very passionate about my role, and it makes me feel proud knowing that I have made a difference by supporting our residents to improve their quality of life and to be part of the amazing team we have here at Allonsfield. I have only recently joined Kingsley but I am impressed with the core values that are promoted within the homes, making us feel like a family. In my spare time I like to read and spend time with my family. I also like to exercise and I and run every other day and partake in 10km runs in the local areas of Suffolk.

Lucy Rhys-Williams

Hospitality Manager

I gained several years experience managing hotels throughout East Anglia before joining the team at Allonsfield House as hospitality manager.. I am a qualified Holistic Therapist, Sound Therapist and Reiki Master and in my spare time also enjoy gardening, road cycling and walking my rescue dog Denzil.

Claire Snelling

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I have been a lifestyle coordinator for two years and enjoy my day-to-day interactions with the residents at Allonsfield House. It's a beautiful home and as well as our country garden we are lucky to have our own therapy farm, Allonsfield Farm, attached. Outside of work I like to spend time with my family and friends and particularly enjoy a long coastal walk.

Sally-Ann Smith

Head Housekeeping

I have been working here at Allonsfield for 15 years as head of housekeeping. I am organised and efficient and I take great pride in my work to ensure the home is clean and presentable at all times. I really enjoy my work and I love being here for the residents, not only to help make a difference to their day, but also to see them smile. In my spare time I like to cook and I enjoy watching wildlife documentaries, especially if this involves David Attenborough.

Tony Holland

Regional Operations Manager

Prior to joining Kingsley, I served in the Army for 26 years, planning and delivering healthcare around the world, and then spent two years as an operational manager in a major NHS hospital. I am delighted to have joined a team that really does feel like a caring family, where everyone wants to be proud of the care they provide. Although I am familiar with the region, my travels to my 10 homes across Suffolk and Essex frequently bring new places to subsequently explore with my family and our dog, Frankie.

Lukasz Wawrzenczyk

Operations manager

I joined Kingsley in 2005 when I came over from Poland and joined the team at Lilac Lodge, in Lowestoft, as a domestic worker. I then became a support worker and was subsequently promoted to senior support worker, deputy manager and then operations manager. I love working for Kingsley because it is a family-run business and there is always someone to support you. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Samantha Wallis

Service Quality Manager

I have worked in the sector for 24 years in both care homes, where I became a registered manager, and home care. Immediately prior to joining Kingsley I was a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager. Visiting Kingsley’s care homes, I have been impressed by the dedication of staff who have shown their commitment to improving quality. Outside of work, I keep fit by cycling and taking my puppy for walks.
