My vision for the home is that we will be well known in and around Watton  for our high standards of care, our excellent facilities and our compassionate and caring approach.  I want our residents to feel at home and to have the very best experience that they can whilst they are here. I want staff to enjoy being at work and to be a part of the whole experience and privilege of caring for our residents as if they were our own family.

I have been working in Hospitality for over 20 years, I joined Kingsley healthcare in March of this year. Since being here I have loved every minute of it, all of the staff are very caring towards the residents and other staff members. And all of the residents are adorable and make me smile every morning when I see their happy faces. I am extremely excited to continue working for the Kingsley Healthcare group.

I joined Buckingham Lodge in November 2018 as the home administrator. I have really enjoyed my time here, I love that the job is different every day and that we all work towards the same goal of making the residents happy.  It has been great to watch the home develop over the years and continue to get better. We have such a great team here and I am looking forward to continuing to work for Kingsley Healthcare.

I started here in December 2018 as the home’s receptionist and over time have expanded my role into administration. It’s always a pleasure to help and work with my fellow team members. I enjoy going around the home seeing all the friendly people. Every day brings new challenges and experiences which keeps life interesting in the home. As the general first point of contact at Buckingham Lodge I hope I can efficiently deal with whatever queries are sent my way.

My name is Debbie and I am Head of Housekeeping at Buckingham Lodge.  I have been here for 10 years.  My role is to ensure that myself and my team keep up the very high standards of cleanliness and infection control within the home.  I enjoy interacting with the residents on a daily basis and working with my colleagues.  I am excited to be moving forward with Kingsley Healthcare and the positive changes they have made within the home.

My name is Diane. I have worked at Buckingham Lodge for four years and quickly discovered my passion for care after working in retail for more than 30 years.
Seeing a resident smile is priceless and I feel privileged to help make their lives happier.
I absolutely love being able to spend time with the residents and listen to their stories.

Residential Unit Manager

I am the Unit Manager for the residential suite at Buckingham Lodge. I have played a supportive role with respects to looking at the home in a forward-thinking manner. I have worked in care for over twenty years and the Kingsley Group is now part of my Future progression. I intend to continue to work alongside and support our manager and all the staff that work here at Buckingham Lodge, we are a forward-thinking team who are passionate about the ethos of care, dignity and respect for all our Residents.

I joined Buckenham Lodge in June 2019, after being off work due to a disability after a Motor cycle accident. I am hugely grateful for the opportunity I have been given working with a great team of people and lovely residents. I really enjoy working here and look forward  to the future with Kingsley Healthcare.
