The inspection, carried out over two days in November and December, concluded that the service at the home, in Chickerell Road, Chickerell, was caring, responsive, effective and safe. Queen Charlotte’s deputy manager Ann McTeague  said: “We are proud to have retained our good CQC rating which matches the glowing comments many families have made about our staff and service on the Carehome.co.uk review site.” The report states that residents are well treated and supported, respecting equality and diversity; staff were observed engaging with people with kindness, humour and compassion.
