Four Oaks Care Home Food donations for the local support hub

local support made four oaks 1

The Hope Centre has been operating out of the Hideaway since the start of the pandemic supporting local residents with food, wellbeing calls, shopping and in a whole range of ways. As the Hideaway re-opens, the Hope Centre has developed a permanent base at the heart of the community on Wood Lane.

The new centre will be run by the community, for the community. With a community pantry, the food bank and buy what you need small quantity items and ready made fresh meals, there is food support for the whole community. Second hand school uniform is available for all local families and our Makers' Market enables local people to display and sell their goods supporting small local businesses.

The Brew Bar is your one-stop shop for a brew with a friendly listening ear. Our volunteers (and Trisha and Janice!) will be there to chat, listen, advise and specialists will also be on hand to help with any issues you may be facing - whether that's health, housing, family life, employment, money or anything else. We're there to help and point you in the right direction.
