IMG 20181214 112601

The project, scheduled for completion in July, will provide new luxury suites in a 16 bed extension and increase the home’s capacity to 55 beds. The work, part of Kingsley Healthcare’s 2025 vision to future proof properties as well as investing in new builds, will also provide extra lounge and dining space.

The home, in Stuart Road, will benefit from a new hairdressing salon, new manager and administrator offices and a revised entrance lobby. Additionally, the scheme will see major redecoration work throughout with new flooring and doors. The gardens will be re-landscaped and there will be improved parking facilities.

Investment manager Muj Malik said: “Our focus at Kingsley is providing top class care in a luxury environment at an affordable price. “We are thrilled about what this project will bring to Highcliffe Nursing Home.”
