Cathrine Arbon
Home Manager
I have progressed my career beginning work as a carer in nursing homes, moving onto to becoming a HCSW in acute hospital wards to then completing my nurse training at the West Suffolk Hospital. As a nurse I have worked in the community as a rapid response nurse and was a community Hospice nurse. I then became the care home liaison nurse for 52 Nursing/Residential and Learning Disability homes throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic. During my time working with care homes, I was able to witness the excellent care and support that residents experienced in such care homes. I aspired to change my career from the NHS to the private sector and manage a nursing home. I worked my way through, from Clinical lead, Deputy manager to becoming a Nurse registered home manager. Since joining Hadleigh Nursing Home in April 2024, I have had a very warm welcome from staff, residents and relations. Hadleigh is set in beautiful grounds and enjoys a very supportive community feel. The links with the local community is a great asset. I am very passionate about all people in the home and will always strive for excellent standards where people truly care for each other.

Michelle Bailey
Hospitality Manager
I worked in hotels for 18 years before I joined the team at Hadleigh Hall Nursing Home. I am passionate about making meal times special for our residents with great service and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. My experience in events and wedding coordinating makes me adaptable with a keen eye for the smaller details. I take great pride in exceeding both resident and relative expectations wherever possible. With a strong person centred approach, Hadleigh Hall Nursing Home feels just like a family and I am proud to be part of a team delivering a first class experience for our residents. I am lucky to reside in the wonderful area of Hadleigh and outside of work, my family and I love exploring the countryside and all that our new “UK” home has to offer, having arrived from South Africa last April,

Tracey Alexander
Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator
As a wife of a serving soldier of 24 years, now a veteran, we moved into Hadleigh in 2002. My first job in Hadleigh was as an activity coordinator in a care home in 2003. After a year, I changed my job role to that of a teaching assistant/pastoral care in a local school, supporting charity work within the community and welfare within the Army community for 10 years. I spent one year as a member of the Town Council. In 2014, I joined the Hadleigh Dementia Action Alliance for 6 years and worked at a local residential care home for 5 years as a carer and the activity coordinator, before moving to Hadleigh Nursing Home in 2019 as the Lifestyle Coordinator and a Senior Carer role.

Andrea Long
Head Chef
I have always been passionate about the Care industry and have been a chef for the last 30 years I take pride in offering the best mealtime experience for our residents and getting to know individual likes and dislikes. Hadleigh Hall Nursing home feels like my home away from home where every resident is part of our extended family. We have a strong person centred approach in the home. I believe the team and I go beyond to provide fresh meal choices, including any modified diets to make sure the residents are receiving the food that they enjoy. In my spare time, you will find me with my family on our farm looking after our family of fur babies, including prize winning cows & a flock of mischievous sheep.

I have been working in the care home environment for 2 years and have recently became Head Housekeeper. Hadleigh Nursing Home is a wonderful environment to be in with the entire staff getting on like a family. It gives great satisfaction to clean the entire home daily and to chat with our wonderful residents. In my spare time, I am a writer and will have my first book published in May.

Tony Holland
Regional Operations Manager
Prior to joining Kingsley, I served in the Army for 26 years, planning and delivering healthcare around the world, and then spent two years as an operational manager in a major NHS hospital. I am delighted to have joined a team that really does feel like a caring family, where everyone wants to be proud of the care they provide. Although I am familiar with the region, my travels to my 10 homes across Suffolk and Essex frequently bring new places to subsequently explore with my family and our dog, Frankie.

Zoe Kirk
Operations Manager
I have worked within the NHS and Social Care throughout my nursing and management career. I have been a Registered Manager commissioning a variety of care homes for older people, and supported care homes requiring direction and development. I was attracted to Kingsley as it is a family-orientated company which respects residents and team members as individuals. Outside of work, I am an ardent football fan and have watched Cambridge United through the highs and lows in all weathers!
