King's Court is lucky to have so many talented and professional staff who are devoted to the care of our residents. Here are just a few who work with us:
Dawn Bunter
Home Manager
Stuart Hay
Customer Liaison and Hospitality Manager
I have 25 years of experience in hospitality and retail, in a variety of senior roles, and am excited to be part of the commissioning team at our flagship, next-generation nursing home. King’s Court is a clear demonstration of the evolution of the care market and I am delighted to be able to show people around our five-star hotel standard accommodation and demonstrate the fantastic care and lifestyle experience we deliver. Outside of work, I enjoy growing vegetables on my allotment and I am passionate about nutrition.
Julie Upton
Home Administrator
I have worked in administration for many years starting in education, followed by hospitality. This is my first role in the care sector. I was thrilled to be selected as the home administrator for this beautiful new establishment and feel very proud to be part of the Kingsley family. In my spare time my daughter owns a dog grooming business and I love nothing more than getting stuck in with bathing and blow drying to give all the pooches a perfect pamper.
Rebecca Hough
Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator
I’ve worked in care for the last two years and have really loved creating memories and fun activities for everyone to take part in! I’m so excited to be part of the Kingsley family and work in such an amazing place which has such great facilities for activities. In my spare time I look after my dogs, enjoy painting and video games.
Cressida Daglish
Regional Operations Manager
I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and I have worked in the care sector for over 30 years in a variety of settings, in both the private and public sector. Before my current role, I was working at a regional level in acute mental health services. I think a real strong point of Kingsley is the good teamwork, not just in our homes but at head office and in the relationship between head office and the homes. You find supportive people across the board. Outside of work I love going to the theatre and spending time with family and friends.
Carol Preston
Operations Manager
I have worked in the care sector for 45 years, beginning my journey as a health care assistant in a busy A and E department. Before joining Kingsley, I have worked in regional management roles for the past 20 years. I love the fact that Kingsley is a family business with family values that mean we treat our residents and colleagues like members of our own family. Outside of work, I love going on country walks with my Saluki, Ed, and I have a variety of other interests including yoga. I am a Reiki practitioner.
