We are delighted to announce that we have today (14/06/2022) completed on a deal to take over the operation of Gower Gardens, in Halesowen, near Birmingham.

The acquisition of the 66-bedroom, purpose built care home extends Kingsley Healthcare’s footprint into the West Midlands.

It is a joy to welcome the staff, residents and families of what has become our 34th care home into the Kingsley family.

We will shortly be making a further announcement regarding the acquisition of a second property in the Midlands. It has been a pleasure to work with the seller, Black Country Housing Group, on the acquisition of Gower Gardens. We also want to thank our funding partner, Target Healthcare REIT, for their steadfast support.

Kingsley CEO Daya Thayan said: “This latest deal will see Kingsley broaden its overall presence as a national provider. It marks the beginning of an exciting period of expansion for the group with the development of new-build facilities in Buckinghamshire, Bedford and Norfolk in the pipeline.”

Further announcements will be made as construction on these new projects get under way.
