Kingsley Healthcare is committed to investing in and growing our business, currently delivering person-centred care to 1400 residents across 34 homes. A significant sum has been earmarked for the redevelopment and upgrading of existing homes.
This future-proofing programme will run alongside our strategy of introducing new builds annually over the next five years. In addition, we aim to continue the expansion of our award-winning specialist services, following the successful commissioning of Glebe Farm, Cambridgeshire in 2018.
The investment will focus on introducing the latest technology to our homes as well as creating environments that promote independence and well-being. Kingsley is working with some of the most experienced architects and design teams across the healthcare industry to fulfil these aims.
Land opportunities
At Kingsley, we seek to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to our residents. To achieve this, we partner with only the most experienced professionals. It is important that those we work with understand our clientele and share our passion for high quality healthcare.
We have currently acquired over 45 acres of prime land to enable both our extension projects and new build portfolio, and we are constantly seeking land available for C2 development use for our nursing and learning disability homes, as well as to facilitate plans to enter the hotel industry.
