I am delighted to have taken over as home manager at Catchpole which has a really dedicated and caring team. I have brought more than 30 years of experience in social care into my current role, having worked in a variety of settings, including the NHS, social services and the voluntary sector, as well as the private sector. This has enabled me to develop knowledge and experience across all areas to a high level. We want to be known for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, empowering residents and promoting independence to support physical and mental wellbeing.

I have worked at Catchpole Court for 30 years as a registered nurse. At Catchpole Court Nursing Home, I am passionate about looking after others, and strive to provide excellent care to ensure that the residents feel safe and well cared for during their time at Catchpole Court. Catchpole Court is a great place to work and I am proud to be part of a team delivering person centre care for our residents. We are lucky to be in a wonderful area of Suffolk and outside of work my family and I love holiday’s in our caravan. I have two wonderful sons and a dog which we all enjoy walking across the fields.

Home Administrator

I have worked at Catchpole Court for 20 years as a Home Administrator. At Catchpole Court Nursing Home, I am enjoying the family contact that I have being an administrator ensuring that any enquiries are dealt with. Catchpole Court is a great place to work and I am proud to be part of a team delivering care that feels like a family. In my spare time I enjoy my boat on the Norfolk Broads which I enjoy with my family and my two dogs. My family live up North and I often spend time in Cumbria.

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I have worked at Catchpole Court for 19 years as a senior carer and then I progressed as the Activities Coordinator. At Catchpole Court Nursing home, I enjoy being with our residents and fulfilling their wishes. Catchpole Court is a great place to work and I am proud of the events that we put on. The residents' happiness makes my work worthwhile. My family are important to me and I have twin boys who keep me on my toes. We enjoy family time together and walking our dog. I have been a part of the community in Sudbury all my life and enjoy being actively involved with the community.

Pauline Sparkes

Head Housekeeper

I have worked at Catchpole Court for that last 3.5 years I started as a carer and then took the opportunity to become the Head House Keeper. I enjoy my work. The residents make the home and I enjoy the conversation I have with the residents and families. Some residents help with my tasks and pick up a duster and clean with me. Catchpole court has a family feeling and the team is great. It’s a lovely friendly environment and we all look after our residents first. In my spare time I enjoy seeing my grandchildren.

Tony Holland

Regional Operations Manager

Prior to joining Kingsley, I served in the Army for 26 years, planning and delivering healthcare around the world, and then spent two years as an operational manager in a major NHS hospital. I am delighted to have joined a team that really does feel like a caring family, where everyone wants to be proud of the care they provide. Although I am familiar with the region, my travels to my 10 homes across Suffolk and Essex frequently bring new places to subsequently explore with my family and our dog, Frankie.

Jonathan Ellis

Service Quality Director

Before coming to Kingsley I was an inspector at the Care Quality Commission and, prior to that, my background as a manager and nurse included considerable experience in service development and quality delivery in the NHS. I admire Kingsley’s very person-centred approach to care and it is a pleasure for me to work with our dedicated home teams to achieve a Good CQC rating, at a minimum, in every one of our services.
