Meet the team
King's Court is lucky to have so many talented and professional staff who are devoted to the care of our residents. Here are just a few who work with us:
-
Jade Davis
Deputy Manager
I completed my Nurse training at the University of East Anglia in 2010 and over the last 14 years have worked for the NHS and the private sector in a wide range of different healthcare settings in Norfolk and London – latterly at the Harley Street Clinic as a Head and Neck Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist. I have also worked extensively in acute intensive care settings including Stroke, Cancer and Transplant specialist Clinics. Nursing runs in my family and ensuring that our residents are receiving first-class care is something that drives me at all times. It is an absolute pleasure to get to know our residents and their families and friends. It is hugely important that all of our residents feel safe, valued, and listened to and that their well-being and comfort are our top priority. It is my passion and duty to ensure that the care support our residents receive is evidence-based, holistic and in line with clinical policies - whilst upholding the amazing care and values that Kingsley Healthcare is renowned for.

Dan Amis
Customer Relations Manager
I am Norfolk born and bred, grew up near Cromer and Nursing has always played a big part in my family - many of whom were Nurses. In fact, my Grandmother worked at Kelling Hospital and my Grandfather at Mundesley Hospital. Having experienced first-hand with my own elderly relatives, I fully understand the difficult decisions we all may face as our loved ones grow older. Of course, for some this can be an exceptionally challenging time as our nearest and dearest often require extra care and support in their daily lives. Also, through working as a Care Support Worker and up to Deputy Manager I fully understand the importance of providing good care and nothing drives me more than ensuring that every resident at King’s Court receives the best care and exemplary service at all times! By working closely with the local groups, societies, and businesses here and around Holt - I am here to and answer any care questions that you may have, ensure that our beautiful home truly becomes a hub for the local community, whilst at the same time providing that necessary support to help make a resident’s transition into their new Kingsley home less daunting and as comfortable as possible. If there is anything I can do to help, please do not hesitate to get in touch and I look forward to assisting you and welcoming you to King’s Court soon!

Lauren Langford
Home Administrator
I joined Kingsley Healthcare in 2024 and I am here to assist and provide answers to any contractual questions in addition to accounting and financial services at the home. My career to date has predominantly spanned across 18 plus years’ experience within Retail Management, Hospitality Management - including Business Administration and Customer Services. I truly care about what our residents and colleagues think, feel and experience whilst in my company and when they stay at or visit our home. Great Customer Service and colleague support is something I believe in and always strive to achieve. Everyone has a story to tell and nothing gives me more pleasure than ensuring that our residents, their families, community friends and staff are all fully supported and welcomed at King’s Court. If there is anything that I can do to help, please do not hesitate to ask or call and I look forward to meeting you at our beautiful home very soon!

Emily Parden
Activities Co-ordinator
I joined Kingsley Healthcare after over 10 years working at various Holiday Villages/Hotels both around the U.K and abroad. I have worked as a Performer/Vocalist, Tour Manager and Entertainment Team Manager in various stage productions and nothing makes me happier than seeing people smiling and enjoying themselves – it really is what drives me every single day! Most of my professional life has been spent with the older and wiser amongst us. Growing up with older parents, I have always had a natural affinity with this age group and so I can fully understand how daunting it can be to need more care support in our daily lives. Delivering a person-centred Life Enrichment Activities Programme at King's Court is absolutely paramount to me and at the heart of what we do to ensure that our residents continue to lead fulfilling lives doing things that they want to do and enjoy! Excursions also play a big part in life here at King's Court as we create more happy memories together with our residents, their families and our community friends too!
-
Peter Causton
Head Houskeeper
I have almost 40 years' experience in the hospitality sector - latterly running an award winning Gastro Pub and Bed and Breakfast in Cambridgeshire before moving to North Norfolk with my wife. The facilities here at King's Court are absolutely stunning and my team and I draw upon our collective experience to ensure that they remain so. We are so proud of our home and always do our best to ensure we keep it that way for our residents, visitors and staff too. I am definitely OCD when it comes to cleanliness and keeping our beautiful home clean, safe and infection free. I love spending time with our residents and getting to know them, their families and friends. It is an absolute pleasure to hear all of their wonderful stories too which are so interesting. And, of course many a time have we have a giggle sharing some cleaning tips too!
-
Mike Fenn
Head of Maintenance
I am originally a Carpenter by trade and have extensive experience in electrical work and property maintenance too - having worked on numerous commercial and residential properties in and around Norfolk over the years. Nothing honestly makes me happier than caring for our residents and helping make our home inviting, comfortable and safe for their guests and my colleagues. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards in everything that we do for those that have chosen to make King’s Court their home!
-
Shauna O’Regan
Receptionist
I’m proud to be part of the King's Court Reception team. Our cosy corner of Norfolk has always been my home and there is something truly special about the way our community comes together. As a Receptionist, I am the friendly face that greets visitors, answers calls, and ensures that everyone feels welcome in our home. There is magic in those first impressions and I always want to make sure our residents and their families feel at ease. The best part of my job is seeing our residents smile - whether it is a cheerful hello or a comforting chat their happiness is my reward. So, if you are ever passing through Holt, do stop by and see us here at our home - you are always welcome at King's Court!
-
Sarah Quantock
Receptionist
My background consists of both Administration and Receptionist work - predominantly within County Councils and the NHS. Over the years, I have moved around the U.K but feel very much at home here in the beautiful county of Norfolk! Alongside cheerfully greeting visitors to King's Court, my role also consists of answering calls and supporting our residents and their families with refreshments from our Reception Café. I adore being a Receptionist and going the extra mile to make someone’s day and helping anyone where I can. As Kingsley Healthcare’s saying goes “We are one big family!” And here at King's Court I truly believe we are!
-
Nigel Reeve
Operations Manager
I have worked in the care sector for 27 years, beginning my journey as a health care assistant. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both the private and public sector. During my career, I have been a Registered Manager for over 15 years and worked in Senior Management roles. Delivering exemplary care and customer service is truly my passion and nothing drives me more than ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care. Kingsley has strong family values aligned to my own, ensuring we treat our residents and colleagues like members of our own family. Growing up in Norfolk I am very familiar with the local area and outside of work I enjoying exploring the country side with my dog.
-
Jonathan Ellis
Service Quality Manager
Before coming to Kingsley I was an inspector at the Care Quality Commission and, prior to that, my background as a manager and nurse included considerable experience in service development and quality delivery in the NHS. I admire Kingsley’s very person-centred approach to care and it is a pleasure for me to work with our dedicated home teams to achieve a Good CQC rating, at a minimum, in every one of our services.
