Hello, my name is Tracey and I am the Home Manager here at Kings Court. I started my career in Health and Social Care over 30 years ago and during this time I have also worked as an Area Support Manager and Healthcare Trainer/Assessor. I know instantaneously what good care provision looks like and fully appreciate how much trust an individual bestows in us when they or their family choose to make Kings Court their new home. This is a true honour and it is my responsibility that we as a collective home family get this right. It is an absolute pleasure to spend time with our residents, their families and our home community friends in addition to being able to provide support to anyone who needs advice about elderly care and all that it entails. I look forward to welcoming you to Kings Court and showing you around our beautiful home!

I have worked in the care sector for 27 years, beginning my journey as a health care assistant. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both the private and public sector. During my career, I have been a Registered Manager for over 15 years and worked in Senior Management roles. Delivering exemplary care and customer service is truly my passion and nothing drives me more than ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care. Kingsley has strong family values aligned to my own, ensuring we treat our residents and colleagues like members of our own family. Growing up in Norfolk I am very familiar with the local area and outside of work I enjoying exploring the country side with my dog.
