Carla Williams

Deputy Manager

As the Clinical Deputy Manager at King's Court my role involves assisting the General Manager to ensure we provide safe, dignified, person-centred care to our residents. In my role I oversee the clinical aspect of the care we provide to our residents. I ensure that the care we provide is not only excellent but meets the required standards. I am a firm believer in team work and believe that this is key in ensuring that we meet our set goals and aims. I have many years experience as a nurse. I worked in different clinical settings. Prior to moving to the UK I worked in different hospital settings in Trinidad and Tobago. I have worked in various departments within the NHS prior to transferring to the care home setting. The transition to working in care homes has been such a rewarding experience. I've learned so much along the way. I love spending quality time with my family and love watching action movies. I enjoy going on cruises and island hopping.

Laura Bukauskait

Hospitality Manager

I started working for Kings Court Nursing Home in 2024, and I absolutely love my job! I am a hard worker with a big heart and over twenty years of experience in management and hospitality across two continents, with experience in London and New York. I have managed several newly opened restaurants with great success, created practical training materials for front of house staff, and brought them to an exceptional standard of work. My passion is helping others - I love being able to see that through the work that I do, and I take pride in delivering the best service possible for our residents.

Shauna O’Regan

Administrator (Maternity Cover)

I’ve been part of Kings Court since it first opened, and I’m delighted to be supporting the home in my role as maternity cover administrator. Having always lived in Norfolk, Kings Court feels like a true community to me. I’m also studying for a Master’s in Global Human Resource Management, which I enjoy bringing into the recruitment side of my work here. The part of my role I love most is helping residents and their families — whether it’s answering questions, supporting them during their stay, or simply enjoying a friendly chat. Getting to know people and being part of their journey is what makes my job so rewarding. When I’m not at work, I enjoy long walks in the countryside, relaxing with acrylic painting, and escaping into fictional novels on my Kindle.

Louise Snow

Activities and Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I joined Kingsley in 2025, bringing with me a strong background in Event Management. Over the years, I've had the privilege of volunteering in hospitals both in the UK and New Zealand, and I’ve also trained as a Community First Responder. My journey took me from the UK in 2017 when I set off to explore Asia, eventually spending two years in Australia and five years in New Zealand. Most recently, I served as the Event Manager at Wellington Zoo, I gained valuable experience in organizing exceptional and enjoyable event.. I’m passionate about seeing people smile and enjoy themselves. In my current role at Kingsley, I’m dedicated to ensuring that all our residents stay engaged and active with a variety of exciting activities.

Jaisa Santos

Receptionist

I joined the Kings Court team this year, firstly working as a Hospitality Host where I had the opportunity to get to know the residents in the home, before moving into my role at Reception. Before joining the Kingsley Healthcare team, I was studying Counselling which gave me great set of people skills that I now carry with me into the care home. In my role, I enjoy chatting with the residents, welcoming families and visitors each day and creating a warm, supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door here at Kings Court. It’s rewarding to know that my role contributes to building strong connections with residents as well as their loved ones, and I’m always looking for ways to make their experience as positive as possible. Outside of work, I plan to continue building and developing my counselling skills, as I am passionate about supporting people and making a difference in their lives

Lesley Jenkins

Weekend Receptionist

I was born in Saffron Walden, Essex on a farm. I moved to North Norfolk in 1999 with my son and made my life here. I was a legal secretary in London for many years and then in Norwich and Cromer. I decided to change my career and started working in an Estate Agents in Sheringham which I loved. I moved to Northamptonshire for nearly 5 years but the draw of North Norfolk brought me back here in 2021. I bought a house in a small village and have spent the last 3 years refurbishing it. Working at Kings Court is a pleasure. I love the home, the residents and the people I work with.

Peter Causton

Head Housekeeper

I have almost 40 years' experience in the hospitality sector - latterly running an award winning Gastro Pub and Bed and Breakfast in Cambridgeshire before moving to North Norfolk with my wife. The facilities here at King's Court are absolutely stunning and my team and I draw upon our collective experience to ensure that they remain so. We are so proud of our home and always do our best to ensure we keep it that way for our residents, visitors and staff too. I am definitely OCD when it comes to cleanliness and keeping our beautiful home clean, safe and infection free. I love spending time with our residents and getting to know them, their families and friends. It is an absolute pleasure to hear all of their wonderful stories too which are so interesting. And, of course many a time have we have a giggle sharing some cleaning tips too!

Mike Fenn

Head of Maintenance

I am originally a Carpenter by trade and have extensive experience in electrical work and property maintenance too - having worked on numerous commercial and residential properties in and around Norfolk over the years. Nothing honestly makes me happier than caring for our residents and helping make our home inviting, comfortable and safe for their guests and my colleagues. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards in everything that we do for those that have chosen to make King’s Court their home!

Nigel Reeve

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 27 years, beginning my journey as a health care assistant. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both the private and public sector. During my career, I have been a Registered Manager for over 15 years and worked in Senior Management roles. Delivering exemplary care and customer service is truly my passion and nothing drives me more than ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care. Kingsley has strong family values aligned to my own, ensuring we treat our residents and colleagues like members of our own family. Growing up in Norfolk I am very familiar with the local area and outside of work I enjoying exploring the country side with my dog.

Wendy Mott
