I am a qualified nurse and have been working in the healthcare sector for a number of years. I joined the team at St Marys Court and am passionate about making a difference which enhances the residents and their families experience within care. St Marys is in a lovely setting just outside Norwich with a homely feel. When not at work i enjoy walking my dogs and spending time with my family.

I worked in care sector for 13 years before I joined St. Mary's Care Home team in 2024. I have previous experience in dementia and residential care, LD and mental health. I am passionate about making a difference to people's lives and building strong relationships with residents, their families and my team. St. Mary's Care Home is a beautiful place with a great potential to become outstanding and has a homely atmosphere which our residents, staff and visitors enjoy. I am proud of my team who genuinely care about our residents' health & wellbeing and every day go above and beyond to make their lives happier and a little bit brighter. I lived in Norwich for 15 years and enjoyed every minute of it. I love travelling , spending time with family and friends and generally keeping myself occupied.

Hospitality Manager

I worked in hotels, restaurants & catering for 13 years before joining St Mary's Care home. I love to see residents enjoying their whole experience at St Mary's but especially their mealtimes in a fun relaxing atmosphere. Everyone here at St Mary's is committed to making sure that this is the best home for our residents and their families. I've always lived in Norwich however my dads side originate from Wexford in Ireland. I'm a massive Tottenham Hotspur fan, runner & Dog lover - I have 3!!

I have worked in administration and office management for many years. Although I had worked across the NHS and the private care sector, I had taken a break from this professional area of work. Joining St Mary's has just been amazing. It's a great feeling being central at reception in seeing staff, residents and family. No one day is the same. We have an amazing team supporting all of our residents. Outside of work my family our my focus.

Phil Randell

Head Chef

I have previously worked in the catering trade for over 30 years in hotels and restaurants and was a chef in Germany for 5 years. I recently joined St Mary's as the head chef and have been made to feel extremely welcome by all the team. I enjoy working within care homes and St Mary's is providing classic home meals to all the residents. Apart from the time I have spent abroad I have spent most of my life in Norfolk. I am happily married and enjoy holidays abroad and gardening in my spare time.

Stuart Gollands

Operations Manager

I joined the Operations Team at Kingsley in 2024 having worked in health and social care since early March 2012, having been in Registered Manager and Senior Manager roles for other Providers. With Kingsley being a family run business there is always someone to offer support to the staff teams in the homes. Outside of work I like to lead a very active life running trail road races, spending time with my family and walking our 2 Labradors.

Jonathan Ellis

Service Quality Manager

Before coming to Kingsley I was an inspector at the Care Quality Commission and, prior to that, my background as a manager and nurse included considerable experience in service development and quality delivery in the NHS. I admire Kingsley’s very person-centred approach to care and it is a pleasure for me to work with our dedicated home teams to achieve a Good CQC rating, at a minimum, in every one of our services.
