I am a qualified nurse and have been working in the healthcare sector for a number of years. I joined the team at St Marys Court and am passionate about making a difference which enhances the residents and their families experience within care. St Marys is in a lovely setting just outside Norwich with a homely feel. When not at work i enjoy walking my dogs and spending time with my family.

I worked in care sector for 13 years before I joined St. Mary's Care Home team in 2024. I have previous experience in dementia and residential care, LD and mental health. I am passionate about making a difference to people's lives and building strong relationships with residents, their families and my team. St. Mary's Care Home is a beautiful place with a great potential to become outstanding and has a homely atmosphere which our residents, staff and visitors enjoy. I am proud of my team who genuinely care about our residents' health & wellbeing and every day go above and beyond to make their lives happier and a little bit brighter. I lived in Norwich for 15 years and enjoyed every minute of it. I love travelling , spending time with family and friends and generally keeping myself occupied.

Lauren Nield-Keeley

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I worked in the Holiday Park industry for 20 years covering roles such as showteam singer to Entertainments Manager before moving over to Events Co-ordinator for those who owned their own holiday homes. After first hand experience of finding care for a family member I decided I would like to be a part of the care home sector to try and enrich the day to day lives of residents who live there and so in January 2025 I joined the team at St Marys Care Home. I enjoy providing a variety of activities that encourage and assist our residents to socialise and keep their independence through joining in. I enjoy spending time with the residents and getting to know them and their families, the atmosphere at St Marys is a lovely balance of friendship and care between everyone who lives, works and visits our home. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, my dog Molly and travelling.

I have worked in administration and office management for many years. Although I had worked across the NHS and the private care sector, I had taken a break from this professional area of work. Joining St Mary's has just been amazing. It's a great feeling being central at reception in seeing staff, residents and family. No one day is the same. We have an amazing team supporting all of our residents. Outside of work my family our my focus.

Jane Leverett

Head Housekeeper

I joined the St Mary's team in 2020 as an activities co-ordinator. I loved meeting the residents and learning about their lives. I worked on the night shifts as a support worker last year and currently work as Head Housekeeper. Working at St. Mary's is like seeing your extended family every day. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog and travelling.

Stuart Gollands

Operations Manager

I joined the Operations Team at Kingsley in 2024 having worked in health and social care since early March 2012, having been in Registered Manager and Senior Manager roles for other Providers. With Kingsley being a family run business there is always someone to offer support to the staff teams in the homes. Outside of work I like to lead a very active life running trail road races, spending time with my family and walking our 2 Labradors.
