Leona Fitch

Lauren Nield-Keeley
Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator
I worked in the Holiday Park industry for 20 years covering roles such as show team singer to Entertainments Manager before moving to Events Co-ordinator for those who owned their own holiday homes. After first hand care of finding care for a family member, I decided I would like to be part of the Care Home Sector to try to enrich the day to day lives of residents in a care setting. So in 2025 I joined the team at St Marys Care Home. I enjoy providing a variety of activities that encourage and assist our residents to socialise and keep their independence by joining in. I enjoy spending time with the residents and getting to know them and their families, the atmosphere at St Marys is a nice balance of friendship and care between everyone that lives and works there and visits our home. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, my dog and travelling.
Sonia-Bright
Administrator
I have worked in administration and office management for many years. Although I had worked across the NHS and the private care sector, I had taken a break from this professional area of work. Joining St Mary's has just been amazing. It's a great feeling being central at reception in seeing staff, residents and family. No one day is the same. We have an amazing team supporting all of our residents. Outside of work my family our my focus.

As Head Chef I bring 17 years of dedicated service as a former RAF officer, which is where my passion and commitment to excellence in catering were recognised. I was lucky enough to be named runner up in the National Care Chef of the Year awards in 2023. I believe in a holistic approach to cooking, placing each resident's nutritional needs, personal preferences, and wellbeing at the heart of every meal, taking great pride in spending time to get to know every resident, understanding their individual personality's, tastes, and dietary requirement, ensuring that every dining experience is both nourishing and enjoyable.

I worked on the night shifts as a support worker last year and currently work as Head Housekeeper. Working at St. Mary's is like seeing your extended family every day. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog and travelling.

I have worked in care for over 20 years. I started as a volunteer at age of 15. I progressed through roles from Domestic, Kitchen, Care and Senior Carer. Then moving into management from Nonclinical manager to senior operations roles. I come with a wealth of knowledge from Children to adult’s services. I joined Kingsley to align with my values and look forward to my journey as I move forward.
Shane Collier
Regional Operations Director
My career began as a Care Assistant and evolved through positions including Home Cook, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. This journey has equipped me with a 360-degree insight into care home operations and the needs of both residents and staff. A significant part of my professional focus has been on supporting and transforming services that require strong leadership, dedication, and a clear improvement strategy. I have successfully turned around homes needing guidance and have also played a central role in commissioning new services. These combined experiences led me to my current role as Operations Manager at Kingsley Healthcare. Since joining the organisation, I have received unwavering support, guidance, and reassurance. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of three children who keep me active and grounded. Family is incredibly important to me, and we enjoy spending quality time together -especially swimming, with rock climbing a close second on our list of favourite activities.
Wendy Mott
Regional Service Quality Manager
I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
