Kingsley set to complete deal on takeover of two purpose-built homes in West Midlands
Kingsley Healthcare is delighted to announce that negotiations are nearing completion on a deal to take over the operation of two purpose-built care facilities in the West Midlands.
Kingsley has been working with Black Country Housing Group (BCHG) on the transfer of its Gower Gardens care home in Halesowen and New Bradley Hall in Kingswinford.
The Gower Gardens transfer is expected to be completed in May with the New Bradley Hall transfer happening shortly afterwards.
Kingsley CEO Daya Thayan said: “We are proud to be partnering with BCHG and our funding partner, Target Healthcare REIT, in a deal which will take our group portfolio to 35 care homes and further our Kingsley Vision 2025 ambitions for rapid growth.
“The latest deal will see Kingsley broaden its overall presence as a national provider, while strengthening its presence in the North West.
“It marks the beginning of an exciting period of expansion for the group with the development of new-build facilities in Olney, Buckinghamshire, Bedford, Great Yarmouth and Holt, north Norfolk in the pipeline.”
Further announcements will be made as construction on these new projects gets under way.
