I recently joined the team as an administrator. Although I’m new to the care sector, I’ve spent many years in administrative and technology-focused roles, where I’ve enjoyed keeping things organised, efficient, and supporting others behind the scenes. I’m delighted to be working in a care home with such a strong family atmosphere, where residents are truly known as individuals and families feel welcomed and supported. Outside of work, I love exploring with my daughter and seeing the world through her eyes.

Sarah Harper
Hospitality Manager
I have worked in the hospitality, marketing and events industry for fifteen years, running a variety of different pubs, hotels and restaurants. Some achievements included Norfolk and Suffolk pub of the year award, multiple AA Rosettes, among others! After so many years of being commercially driven, I wanted to be able to take my skills and experience and use them to really make an impact on the lives of others, which is how I came across Brooke House! The home is wonderfully warm and welcoming, and the residents are very much a part of our Brooke House family. I feel exceptionally lucky to be able to do the job I do! During my free time, I enjoy cooking for my friends and family, walking and playing with my two gorgeous dogs, and doing a spot of knitting.

Shane Collier
Operations Manager
My career began as a Care Assistant and evolved through positions including Home Cook, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. This journey has equipped me with a 360-degree insight into care home operations and the needs of both residents and staff. A significant part of my professional focus has been on supporting and transforming services that require strong leadership, dedication, and a clear improvement strategy. I have successfully turned around homes needing guidance and have also played a central role in commissioning new services. These combined experiences led me to my current role as Operations Manager at Kingsley Healthcare. Since joining the organisation, I have received unwavering support, guidance, and reassurance. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of three children who keep me active and grounded. Family is incredibly important to me, and we enjoy spending quality time together -especially swimming, with rock climbing a close second on our list of favourite activities.
