Helen is a qualified nurse having gained her nursing qualification from her time in the Army. Helen comes to us from her position as Home Manager at Oakwood House, before which she was a Community Nurse. Helen has a vast experience in nursing and social care, and has worked with her homes to achieve a Good rating.

Karolina Thompson

Administrator

Karolina is the administrator at Kirkley Manor, where she has been working for more than 13 years. Originally from Poland, she came to the UK in 2007 and began her career at Kirkley Manor as a Support Worker. Over time, she progressed to become a Team Leader before ultimately deciding to focus on administration.

Jayne Richardson

Nurse

Jayne acquired a wealth of NHS experience before joining Kingsley Healthcare eight years ago. She is passionate about setting the highest standards of care and loves the homely feel of Kirkley Manor.

Donna Barnes

Healthcare Assistant

Donna has been a Healthcare Assistant for nearly 21 years, 18 of which have been at Kirkley Manor. She is also a Team Leader in the residential unit. Donna was inspired to work in social care after helping to care for her nanny alongside her mother.

Alina Carauleanu

Head Housekeeper

Alina is regarded as an invaluable member of the team, popular with both residents and colleagues. She is passionate about ensuring the home is always clean, neat and tidy.
